How to create Order Reports by Categories Total and display Categories full hierarchy?
Hello, Good day.
We have 2 seemingly simple issues. The context is a reports of Vendor bills.
It's organized according to a custom segments we created called AMS Projects.
We have 2 issues with that report:
- The AMS Project is itemized and is not displayed as a full hierarchy. So instead of having: "Infrastructure : Caminos", only "Caminos" is displayed. You can see in the attached screenshot. "Caminos" appears as a standalone. And "Technical installation" is a child of "Large Project" so we would like it to appear nested into it, not separately.
- We would like the report to be sorted by highest "Total amount" of the reporting period. Unfortunately we haven't found the way to do that. Rather the report seems to be ordered with the category (In this case the AMS Project custom segment) having the highest transaction first, the second category being the one with the next highest transaction, etc.
