Seeing Occasional WMS Wave/Pick Failures

We use the WMS wave process for the bulk of our shipping. However, we have some cases in which this process fails and we must process the shipment without using wave.

We have not been able it identify any specific trigger for this failure. We know that it is more common with particular customers and their specific items, however this not 100%.

  Normal Wave/Pick Process

The wave is created in the GUI.

On the WMS handheld, the item is picked

Back on the GUI, the Pick Task shows the status of Done and an Item Fulfillment number is shown.

Complete the IF & ship the product.
