Why are there 0 amounts on the Depreciation History Records after the import?
Hi there
I have assets that were purchased in Jul of last year onwards which were not entered in Netsuite till now.
These assets aren't midlife assets per se as the depreciation needs to be calculated in Netsuite.
When I enter the assets manually (i.e. key in through the UI), the depreciation calculates correctly.
However, if i enter the same asset, with the exact same field values via a CSV import, the depreciation values are zero.
Why would there be a difference?
Example asset values:
Asset Name: Netsuite development PDF
Asset Original Cost: 1630
Asset Current Cost: 1630
Residual Value: 0
Residual Value %; 0
