How to create a reason codes for Inventory Adjustments?
We create inventory adjustments for multiple reasons including reclass one part to another, cycle count adjustments, physical inventory adjustments, scrap, etc and we would like to report the reasons for the adjustments so we can report for improvement actions. We try to label in the Memo but would rather create a standard list of reasons and use a reason code. Is this possible.
