Is it possible to achieve a dropdown list via SuiteScript?

Hello Friend,

Hope you are doing great in 2023.

I want to check whether we can add a pop-up search option for the List/Record type field similar to the line-level "Account" field in the Journal Entry form. Based on the setup at the "set preference" (MAXIMUM ENTRIES IN DROPDOWNS) to 200 then it shows the search with a double arrow symbol.

Can we achieve that using any other method (maybe using a script etc)?
