How is Harmonised Tarrif Number sourced in PDF print? Can we pdf print outs?

Hi

The FedEx Commercial invoice printed via "print ETD copy" option in the Item Fulfillment has a field "Harmonised Tarrif Number".

This option is available on enabling the International Shipping feature.

We would like to know from where this field is fetched from NetSuite.

Where is this field located for having it flow in the printout?

Can we manipulate those pdf printouts? IF yes in which navigation can it be accessed?

Does anyone have a suggestion on this?
