Can I Dynamically add fields to the Device History Record

Hi everyone! I am interested in this question, is it possible to dynamically add fields and rows for Device History Record form. For example, in the form I created two lines Sample 1 and Sample 2, in which I have some fields. 

And I also have a suitelet in which I can use js to create several Sample fields like this, for example 4. 

Is there any way to create a dynamically defined number of fields in a DHR form after the final confirmation in suitelet?
