Why am I getting Permanent Failure: Delivery not authorized, message refused?

Over the last few days, some of our Netsuite outbound email is being rejected by some of our client's email accounts. It's very sporadic - for example, for a single client company, some people will have the emails bounce, others will not. They say that the emails aren't on their spam lists either.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to remedy this?

I was looking at topics online, and apparently this occurred a bit in the past when Netsuite switched outbound email providers (currently they are using SparkPost I believe).

The bounces do not occur with emails sent from our own email server.
