How to remove Center Tabs

Hello - I am curious to know if there is a way to update the menus that populate across your home screen.

For example - I no longer need Implementation (as we went live almost a year ago) and we do not use Commerce. Can these be deleted to clean things up and make room for the other menus that are now captured in the three dots on the far right?
