Why is the returned value of Date/DateTime fields from integration 1 day less than expected?
Hi
We are using a custom transaction line date type field which is populated from an integration (worktato), but when the date value comes into NetSuite, it is a day less than the original input date.
Why does this happen and how can it be resolved?
Use case:
User enters 02/15/2023 date in the third party application.
Integration runs and passes value as 02/15/2023.
NetSuite Date value displayed in UI as 02/14/2023.
Please advise as we cannot capture the date information accurately.
Thanks.
