Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

NetSuite down over 20 hours / how to make a support request
Hello, our environment tied to the Boston Data Center has been down for over 20 hours. There has been no estimated time to resolution posted to the NetSuite status page. https://status.netsuite.com/
I'd like to create a support request to be migrated to be brought back online in the disaster recovery site, but have only made requests through our NetSuite environment. I tried to email support@ but received only a standard auto-reply. How can I make a support request when NS is down and I can't generate a case?
I'd also like to request we are transitioned out of the Boston data center in the future. We've had repeated performance issues, and now this. Many data centers are geographically closer to our offices. Is this possible?
