How to Get/Set the Source of a Select-type Field in a Suitelet?

I'm writing a suitelet page of an editable table.

And we have many SELECT type fields and I would like to get their "source" without hard codings, like: source: "name", but get them with some logic

Is there any model code and logic?

I'm in the middle of nowhere for the logic, so I would like to beg for your idea.
