How to resolve "The subsidiary restrictions on this record are incompatible..defined for item?

Hi All

The subsidiary restrictions on this record are incompatible with those defined for item. Subsidiary access on this record must be a superset of those permitted by the item.

This Item Code UNDEF-SG is it an Inventory Item Code? need to check the Subsidiary in both Item Code and GL Accounts 21304?

Please help as our client is unable to tick box "REVALUE OPEN BALANCE FOR FOREIGN CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS" in the GL 21304 GST Payables.

This is the error.
