How to change SCA Quote Confirmation Message?

In the past; if I wanted to change some text that displayed on the web; it would be as easy as going into SC Configuration - Multi-Domains. I would add the text there and it would show up on the website. It mostly works for a lot of things; but isn't for 1 thing I am trying.


On the quotes page I wanted to change a word from "placed" to "submitted". For whatever reason it doesnt want to take it. I have tried to re-index the website, tried a cache invalidation and also tried to clear the browser cache. None of these seem to work.
