is there a way to expose line numbers on PO?

Hi,

I'm trying to get line sequence or line ID on the Purchase Order, created a transaction line field with integer type and in the source and filter, selected, Item and Initial Sequence Number. But I don't see the numbering, is there a way to expose line numbers on PO?
