Resource Allocation Grid: How to Hide Labor Field on Employee Detail?

Hi Experts,

Customer is using Resource Allocation Grid Suiteapp to allocate resources. However, confidential data such as Labor Cost is shown to the Employee Detail when mouse is hovered to the the employee name. Is there a way to hide the field?
