How to CSV Import for sales Order with inventory detail & pending fulfilment status
Dear Experts,
Previously we using CSV Import to upload all our ecommerce sales orders with inventory details (lot number, bin) with Pending Fulfilment status.
Recently my user feedback and said after she uploaded the sales orders, the sales orders become "Pending Approval".
I found SuiteAnswer : 91742, it said user can change the status to "Pending Approval" by additional workflow to allow user to edit.
Thus i using administrator role to edit the uploaded sales order from "Pending Approval" to "Pending Fulfillment", however i found, it didnt have the inventory lot number like earlier.
Could anyone advise how to simplify these hug ecommerce orders ?
