Can invoice content on an invoice group invoice?

When grouping invoices, the grouped invoice does not list any details of the individual invoices, just a list of invoice numbers. Is it possible to group an invoice and have the content of the individual invoices shown?We have multiple sales orders that we would like to send out as a single ‘invoice’ and grouped invoices seems to be our best option at this point.
