Will changing month end rates change Realized Exchange Rate Gains and Losses report?

Hi All

Please help elaborate and explain the meaning of this sentence in purple?

Any helpful explanation is much appreciated!

Please confirm Month Revaluated Exchange rate is never affecting realised exchange gain loss difference on paid transactions whether the paid transaction is posted on the same day of Revaluation or 1 Day after Revaluation when the Revalued exchange rate is auto reversed?
