How to change serverWidget.FieldDisplayType with abutton on a suitelet.

On the POST Suitelet page, I would like to change the sublist's serverWidget.FieldDisplayType form INLINE to ENTRY, and also ENTRY to INLINE with a button like a capture.

How can I create a function like this?
