How to resolve error: "Validation Failed: Validation of account settings failed"?
We have been encountering "Validation Failed" when trying to install most of the SuiteApps including Inbound Notice Automation, Cash 360, Item 360, Project 360 etc..
The error messages we are getting are all related to subsidiary validation. However, but the pre-requisite does not state OneWorld Edition is needed.
Our company is based in California, with a single location. Netsuite Sales Rep recommended us to use the Netsuite Mid Market Wholesale Distribution Edition. Not able to use these Suiteapps really hinders our ability to fully ultilize Netsuite.
Is there a workaround to install them with without change the edition?
If we must change, what is the process looks like? I've reached out to my account manager to figure out a solution, but six weeks and many emails later, there still yet to be a solution provided.
