Why is my custom field sourced from a saved search not showing a value?
I have created a custom field on a work order and a saved search to pull the total quantity from the work order issue into the work order. When I run the saved search I get the correct quantity from the work order issue, but nothing shows up on the work order in the field. I have the store value unchecked and I have followed the directions from suiteanswers on the set up of the summary saved search. Here are some details below...I have tried everything I know to try.... please help if any one has
