How to create a Search for Sales with same Bill to and Ship To Address?

Howdy everyone!

I am looking for some guidance on how to create a saved search to ONLY show results for Sales Orders for customers that have the SAME bill to and ship to address. Bonus points if you can tell me how to get it to send me an email to alert me! Thanks so much everyone!!
