How to resolve error "Bank Data Import Failed"?
Hello,
In checking out my Match Bank Data screens today, I came across the following error for the first time:
I actually have this error from multiple banks on the Match Bank Data screen and have never had an issue importing transactions from these banks in the year we have been live on NetSuite. I am currently logged in to one of the banks online and see no required actions to complete. Nor can I find anything in SuiteAnswers about the referenced Internal ID. Does anyone have some ideas about what is going on?
PS - I checked to see if we had upgraded to 2023.1 and we have not. That rollout is not until the end of April, apparently.
