How to certify with Invoice 4.0 using Mexico Localization?

Good day, i have a question about managing the CFDI version used by NetSuite and the bundle Mexico Localization, the PAC provider give us the webservice and credential to test it, but in NetSuite, how can i specify that i want to certify an XML using CFDI version 4.0.
