How to Setup Items > New Category as a Navigational Path

Hello Guru's

For a custom Center I would like to create a tab 'Lists'. Within this tab there menu structure should be Items > New. I've tried to create this but the result is:

What should I do to get the menu structure to Lists > Items > New?
