How to partially recognize revenue using Revenue Recognition (Legacy)?

If we sell a qty of 1 item that consists of 3 days of Professional Services, can we delay rev rec and recognize the revenue as it is used? 33% as first day is used, 66% after second day and 100% after all 3 days are used?
