Why Can't I Find I/C Balance Overview Report in Menu Path?

Hi, Gurus! :)

In one of our NS environments I cannot find the "Intercompany Balance Overview" report.

The menu path usually is Lists>IC Automation>I/C Balance

This report shows the I/C balances between subsidiaries.

Do you know what setup /feature I am possibly missing that is hiding this?
