How do you insert a location on old transactions?

I am cleaning up some very old transactions and found three (3) items which I can't fix. The problem is some transactions do not have bins and other items have bins AND all transactions do not have a location. Locations was turned on after the transactions were created. I have attached a detail listing of the transactions for your reference:

ITEM: DGM-S100I-IAXy - Not Available - ID#587 - Corrective action needed - Remove Bin = Received-ABPDallas from transaction dated 06/28/2016 - Inventory Adjustment #9652

ITEM: SH-EK-360 - Not Available - ID#590 - Corrective action needed - Remove Bin = Received-ABPDallas from transaction dated 06/28/2016 - Inventory Adjustment #9651
