How to Change Address Form Label Name

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to change the name of the "Label" field highlighted below.

It is found on the sales order --> shipping tab --> edit/add ship to address ("+") button. We want to change the name of this field to "Customer Name".

I think this is an address form, but i dont see a field named "Label" on the address form customization.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
