How to Use Expressions in Saved Search to exclude specific criteria?

Hi, I would like to ask why this isn't working.


I tried creating saved search to exclude a specific transaction and to exclude those with 0 qty using "use expression" but not working.


Appreciate your help.


I want to see everything excluding: 

Season - "Discontinued Products"

"Location on hand" + "Location on Order" = 0
