Why is the Bank balance empty in the Match Bank Data page?

Hi Gurus,

While I'm Matching Bank Data in NetSuite, found "Bank balance is empty in Match Bank Data page". Could anyone told me when Bank balance will be empty and when it will be populated with values. I imported the Bank data via csv before and did the reconciliation too. I checked out the field help, it was not that clear.

Any inputs will be welcome. Thanks.
