How to view Bulk Mail Merge on Communications Tab?

Hi There


When sending out customer statements via a bulk mail merge, where are the messages stored?


i..e unlike sending a transaction email that is stored in the customer's communication tab, this doesn't appear to be stored anywhere.


Also, what kind of netsuite emails count towards the bulk mail merge?

If you send an email from a transaction record, does that count? those via a mail merge via script?

via the bulk mail merge under document?
