Purchase in Each, Sell in Case (unit of measure)

Hi,

I am using the dropship feature, which means that for every SO a PO is created automatically

I am looking for a way to be able to purchase an inventory item in eaches and sell in case. For example, purchase pens in single units but sell to the customer as a box of 100 units.

I thought of using the Unit of Measure feature and created the below unit type, but it does not seem to work as I need.

When I am trying to edit the PO and change the "Units" line field (As I wrote they create automatically through dropship), I get the below message:
