Where do I add options to a list of Location Type? (I think the list is a default one.)

I have a field called Location Type in the Location records. See the image.

It has two options of either Store or Warehouse but I want to add more.

I've looked inside of Customization>Lists,Records&Fields>Lists but I can't see it there. Am I not able to customize it because it's a default list, or does it exist somewhere else?

Can I otherwise add a new custom list field to the Location form or do I need to make an entirely new custom record for Location?
