What are the Permissions for Sales Team sublist on Customer Records?
Rightly or wrongly, we appear to be using the 'Team Selling' functionality within NetSuite, but only actually allocating a single Sales Rep per Customer.
My confusion is that I am seeing some differences in permissions between roles, and this is also affected by the Customer stage (lead/prospect/customer) - but I cannot see where these permissions are being set / configured (role permissions, workflow etc).
Some roles can edit the Employee and Sales Role fields on a Customer, but other roles can only do this on Leads and Prospects, and on Customers it is 'greyed out':
The 'Primary' checkbox appears to be available to all roles / statuses.
