How to Display Custom Transaction Record In Showing in Sales Reports

So we have a custom transaction record type. One of the GL impact is Sales account (Income) . But if we view our Sales Reports, all balances from the custom records do not appear in the report making it extremely inaccurate and not tally with the P/L report.

Please help how to include it in Sales reports.
