How to resolve Saved Search that stopped working?
I created a Saved Search to pull all our customer contacts so we can audit our contacts and update where necessary.
I ran the saved search @ 9:10 and had over 200 entries and then noticed a customer that should have been inactive. I accessed that customer record and made them inactive.
I ran the saved search @ 9:14 and now only 3 entries are seen!
I tried re-activating that customer since it was the only change I made and the saved search is still only returning 3 results!
I've looked at the audit trail and do not see where anyone made any updates to this saved search (I didn't but wanted to make sure someone else hadn't).
