Changing Unit of Measure - how to update related transactions?

Hello!

I'm attempting to update the unit of measure for several of our items from "CFT" to "LBS". I am able to change the primary stock/purchase/sale units which is all well and good, but how do I update the quantities on historical or open transactions (purchase orders/ sales orders/ invoices/ etc.)?

I see that changing the UOM does change the qty for the inventory records, but I'm wondering if there's a way to use Mass Update or similar to flow the change through into the Transactions.
