How to Create a Saved Search That Detects Duplicate Values

Hi everyone and Guru,

Please let me ask you about saved search feasibility quickly.

I want to grasp if there is same/duplicate value in a different row or nor.

Below is the image of saved search, which I want to prepare if possible.

Is it possible to add some kind of custom field or formula to verify same /duplicate value exists or not in a saved search?

I am trying to create a saved search from vendor master.

If this is not feasible, I just need to download into spreadsheet and verify in it.

Highlighting is also ok but it does not seem to make it possible.
