How to Setup Elimination Subsidiaries?

1 NetSuite Ltd ( Root parent)

1.1 ARM Ltd ( NetSuite Ltd)

1.1.1 MB Ltd ( ARM Ltd)

the question is how many elimination subsidiaries are required to set up?
