How to create KPI for Sales Rep Quota vs Closed Won Opportunities?
We have set up quotas for the Sales rep.
In the Sales rep dashboard, they need to see the comparison of quotas and opportunities closed won. A KPI meter/saved search will do.
In the dashboard, the sales rep should see only their details.
Basically, the sales rep needs to see whether their target is reached, and the parameter is based on the opportunities closed won.
