How to add available Hours minus PTOs in Saved Searches / Workbook?

In Time and Billables report, there's a field named "Available Hours" that shows the available hours to book per employee.

My questions are:

  1. Is there a way to show through report the Available Hours minus the planned PTOs?
  2. If none, is there a way to show Available Hours through saved searches or workbook?
