Is there a way to set up a workflow to bypass the token so our data will download from TD Bank?

We've updated our banking platform to TD Bank E-Treasury. We set up the new account in NetSuite. The bank data updated once but not after that. We beleive it has to do with the token that is now used to login. Is there a way to set up a workflow to bypass the token so our data will download from TD Bank?
