Is it better to use [Bank Feeds App] or [ABSI APP + SFTP] for bank import?

Hi Gurus! :)

It seems that for auto import of bank statements we have 2 options:

  1. Bank Feeds App, and
  2. ABSI (auto bank state. import) + SFTP connection

Is there a best practice here when choosing one?

It looks like Bank Feeds App is very simple to use, but the ABSI + SFTP is involved due to the SFTP component.

Please advise.
