How to add Amount Fields with Tax on Transaction Searches?

Can anyone explain to me why Amount, Amount (Net), Amount (Net of Tax) and Amount (Gross) all show the amount of the transaction line without Tax applied, and there is no field available in Saved Searches that shows the Amount 'with Tax'.

I am sure there are regional differences in terms of what we all understand as 'net' or 'gross' - but I cannot understand why there isn't a simple field on the search to show the amount with tax applied?
