Why I am able to select only consolidated subsidiary for Budget vs Actual Report?

Hi,

Currently I am using the default budget vs actual report in several netsuite environments. However I noticed the following behaviour which I couldn't explain:

  • In some environments, I am able to select all the different subsidiaries available
  • In other environment, I am only able to select the top level (consolidated) subsidiary ( and I am not able to change this)

What could be the potential explanation for this? Has it to do with the fact that the subsidiaries have different currencies?
