Does anyone know how to correct no source video found when using the Oracle Help Center?

Every imbedded video in the help center shows as "no source video found"

This problem does not exist on other websites in any other browser. Occurs on all browsers for the NetSuite site.

I submitted this to NetSuite but I was referred here.
