Community Tip: How can I update my Display Name after changing it on the Edit Profile page?
Scenario:
When a user edited their profile in the NetSuite Support Community, their Display Name did not update, even after they changed it.
Solution:
1.Make sure the nominated Display Name has a green check mark. And do not forget to click on Save.
2.Click on Continue.
3.Sign out and sign back in.
Your Display Name should now be updated. I hope this helps you update your Display Name in the NetSuite Support Community!
