How can I create a Gross Up Bonus

How would we set up a payroll item to create a bonus in which the employer covers the taxes? For example, we want an employee to receive a $1,000 Christmas bonus with the employer covering the taxes so that the employee receives a full $1,000 check. On our old payroll system this was called a Gross Up Bonus and some call it a Net to Gross Bonus.
